BMW Motorrad unveiled revised versions such as S 1000 RR, S 1000 XR, K1600 and more. Such modifications are pointed to by the German company as revisions for model year 2021.
The company’s iconic supersport rig, the S 1000 RR gets two different finishes – ‘Black Storm Metallic’ and ‘Racing Red’ is a non-metallic model. The motorcycle also gains Euro 5 approval, ensuring it is still BS6 compatible. BMW has now introduced a few additional products including a sporting silencer, a ‘M’ titanium exhaust system and other M-branded items such as a ‘endurance chain, motor safety equipment, lever security, etc.
As with the S 1000 XR, the ‘Sport Style’ edition receives a fresh M paint scheme. The bike also gets a titanium sports silencer alternative, a tour kit that includes a new luggage rack as well as a USB charging port. The XR also gets an optional M-branded endurance chain, engine protectors and more, like the S 1000 RR.
In turn, the BMW R 1250 R and R 1250 RS gained Euro 5 approval, different colors and a range of additional available add-ons. The K1600 collection also offers new color, features and available accessories. Head to the BMW Motorrad website for full details on each new option.
