Jeep Compass Night Eagle
On the Indian market the Jeep Compass successfully completed three years. FCA is selling a special version of the Jeep Compass, called the Night Eagle, to commemorate this celebratory day. This is expected to be distributed worldwide, and has an all-black style inside out.
On all parts of the car, the all-black theme is present, from the exclusive ‘Techno Leather’ upholstery on the seats to the accents on the outside grille. It will stand on black 18-inch wheels, a size greater than the 17-inch wheels provided on the Longitude trim on which it is based. The Night Eagle comes standard with a gloss black roof and is available in four body colours: Vocal White, Exotica Red, Brilliant Black, and Magnesio Grey.
The Night Eagle retains all of the features available with the Longitude Plus trim on the features end. Which include an infotainment feature with 7-inch UConnect touchscreen, keyless access, reverse parking monitor, front cornering fog lights, engine start / stop button, and ORVM control folding. The safety measures include four airbags, all-wheel disk braking and stability control.
The Night Eagle, like the Longitude Plus trim, has two engine options: a 1.4-liter 162PS turbo-petrol, and a 2.0-liter 173PS turbo-diesel. The petrol variant receives an automatic 4×2 setup matched to a 7-speed DCT. Meanwhile, the diesel edition gets the option of an automatic 9-speed 4×4 along with the 4×2 configuration that comes with a 6-speed manual.
